Incredible size - 0.5"x0.3" (13x8mm) allows you to place it in any project. If you need to get a full power up to 1A, you may need to attach a heatsink. In my tests, I used a 15x20x9mm aluminum MOSFET heatsink.

When the output current exceeds 700mA, the temperature of some PCB components may reach 230°F (110°C). When the output current is 500mA, the temperature may reach 170°F (75°C)
