The main issue with lighting modules on the market is significant overheating, which leads to rapid LED degradation and failure. Another problem is thermal deformation at solder joints, causing cracks and poor contact, resulting in flickering.
We studied these issues and developed our W10515058 module, designed to minimize temperature while maintaining brightness.
We used a single chip from a European manufacturer with maximum efficiency, calculated the necessary parameters, and set extended limits for improved stability. We selected diodes with excellent thermal performance, stability, and efficiency. The result is our module.
For testing, we compared a market module (logos hidden for privacy and legal compliance) with ours, connected to the same power source. Our module produces cleaner, whiter light. A thermal camera showed our module reached only 122°F (50°C) after 3 minutes, while the standard module hit 190°F (88°C).
